I recently visited Faces Cosmetics Store & there I came across this range of lipsticks called "Rouge A Levres Lapiz Labial" (Translated in English as “Red Lip Segment”) and picked up the shade Melissa – 153.
Description:
Colored
shades to enhance the lips. Infused with Vitamin E to protect and
moisturize with each beautifying application. FACES’ lipsticks come in
over 180 shades in matte, sheer, cream and shimmer finishes.
Price: Rs. 249 for 4g
Packaging: The
outer packaging is blue-greyish metallic finish case. All the shades
have same packaging, so it is difficult to identify the color from
outside.

Faces Cosmetics - Rouge A Levres Lapiz Labial
are small size lipsticks which offers variety of shade options but 180
shades aren’t available in India. Also, this range is not available
online. I like compact size packaging which is easy to carry around.
The
color is neon pink/bright pink which I think will look fairly good on
fair to medium skin tones. This particular shade Melissa contains silver
micro-shimmer particles which I observed when I wiped it off, it left
the traces.
The texture is soft and creamy. I found it slightly waxy on
the lips, not a big concern though. Since, it is lighter & brighter
shade of pink, multiple swipes is needed for sheer coverage.
This pretty
color, however does not do a good job in covering pigmentation. The
lipstick stays put for good 2-3 hours.
PROS:
- Beautiful neon pink color
- Compact size
- Soft & creamy on lips
- Price
CONS:
- Available only in stores. Cannot be purchased online.
- Packaging doesn’t help in identifying the shade.

Faces
Cosmetics -Rouge A Levres Lapiz Labial lipstick in Melissa is gorgeous
neon pink color with reasonably good texture. The range offers ample of
shade options to choose from.
