Lakme recently launched Lakm̩ Eyeconic Рa revolutionary range consisting of Kajal and Mascara. It is now available in stores too & I purchased the Lakme Eyeconic Curling Mascara.

Lakme Eyeconic Curling Mascara comes in a black pen style packaging, which is straight on one side & slightly curved on the other side which is cute as well as sleek. The wand has curled brush & not straight which is designed to cater the shape of the eye lashes. It not only helps in coating the inner most of eye lashes but the bent shape of the wand also does the work of curling the eye lashes to some extent.
The bristles of the wand is densely designed which coats every single eye lash. The Mascara gives voluminous look & at the same time also gives lengthening effect to the eye lashes. I always struggle applying Mascara on lower eye lashes & end up making a mess but, I love the way how easy this curled wand helps in coating the lower lashes.
The consistency is also just right, neither too thick nor too runny. It does not even feel heavy on the eyes. Since, this Mascara doesn’t claim to be Water Proof one it stays put on the eyes for a good 7-9 hours which is impressive. It is easy to clean too with a splash of water & face wash. No makeup remover needed. This Mascara like Maybelline’s Colossal Mascara too smells like an ink to me, not a big concern though.
